The quickest way is from the app: Settings → Help → Email support. It adds your app version and phone model to the email for you.
Before you write
- Questions & answers covers saving reels, inviting your household, the grocery list and your account.
- A recipe came out wrong? Open it and tap Report a mistake. It sends us exactly what we need to look into it.
What helps us help you
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you can.
- Your support ID, at the bottom of Settings in the app. Tap it to copy. It lets us find your account without you having to tell us anything else.
